An 80-Year-Old Belgian Family Recipe
Bruges Belgian Bistro began in 2003 when my father Pierre Van Damme started making family-recipe dipping waffles in our home kitchen. From a food cart on Salt Lake City’s Main Street to the Downtown Farmers Market, we grew into two restaurants and a franchise at the SLC airport. Today, our family continues the tradition, crafting and shipping our Belgian waffles across the country.

The blueberry lemon waffles are delicious. Warmed up for 10 seconds in microwave and its a great breakfast with a cup of coffee. I highly recommend the blueberry and Lemon waffles.
